The newcomers were mysterious women who took control of the respected volunteer organisation, triggering an astonishing coup. Their actions and the disturbing secret uniting them became a national legend. The story culminates in an extraordinary declaration of equality and justice. The limited-series podcast is hosted by former journalist Bharati Jagdish.
